You can really see the fruits of the propagandist’s labor come to bare on election day.

All those ads you saw all year long legitimately affect most people.

You only have to look and see how many Republicans think that Comrade Biden will usher in the new sleepy Soviet Union or how many Democrats believe that Fuhrer Trump is going to bring on the 4th Reich and ruthlessly seize the election through sheer power.

If you look around on this platform, you will see those who think they’ve cast out the devil himself by voting against Trump.

Conversely, some think that they have secured the future and saved America by voting for Trump.

Both are finally and obviously wrong.

Now, there is a third subset of people who are worried because they’ve seen the propaganda from both sides, and they recognize the political charge that has been building on both sides.

This third group is under the least control by either political party and as a result, they have the most justified fears.

They, for a plethora of sound reasons, fear the mob.

There are few things more dangerous than the self-righteous mob.

If you find yourself engaging in partisan politics, I encourage you to reexamine.

I am not saying that you need to accept the synthesis of both sides, nor am I asking your throw them out entirely.

I am merely urging you to take a more understanding approach towards either side.

You may yet come to realize that each side has great potential for heinous and unspeakable evil.

A friend just texted: After the election, Father will still be the sovereign God; Jesus will still be the King of kings; His tomb will still be empty; the cross, not the government will continue to be our source for salvation; prayer is still valid for talking with God; His promise to never leave us will still hold. (among other tidbits of eternal wisdom.)
    Great blog today!! 🙂
