Right now, in tandem with the Covid-19 pandemic, we are also facing a rise in mental health-related issues such as suicide, depression, and anxiety. Our health care systems and therapists, in particular, are not fit to handle such a rise. It’s becoming the job of everyday individuals once again to take their mental well-being into their own hands. In this episode of the Will Work For Purpose Podcast, I outline some basic ways to help yourself start a journey towards mental health and also ways to be a resource for those struggling around you.
